Welcome to Week 5 of remote learning!

Your video/audio resources for week 5 can be found below!  A few weeks ago, I went to a friend's garden to pick vegetables. As a true city human, I had never picked beets from the ground. Shocking! I know. Well, here is a video of that new process for me. What did I do with the beets, you may ask? I made a beet kvass! It has been sitting patiently and now it is ready to drink. The fuchsia liquid is intense enough to dye eggs! What is something new you have tried doing?
