Mystery Rhythm, Week 7:

A little history of J.S. Bach-
Which composer do we know (other than Bach) was mentioned in this video? How is he connected to J.S. Bach?

-Music by J.S. Bach-

For the Cello - "Cello Suite No. 5 in c minor" performed by Yo-Yo Ma

For orchestra and voices - "Jauchzet, frohlocket" from J.S. Bach's Christmas Oratorio.
I had the privilege to sing this piece in college. It is dear to my heart. Challenge: Count how many times you hear the singers sing the words  "Jauchzet, frohlocket"! (It is the first phrase you hear the singers sing)

For the Organ - "Toccata & Fugue in d minor"

You know this one well!
